SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: All reservations are subject to a security deposit at the time of check-in. The deposit amount is US$100 per room, per night, with a maximum of US$1000 per reservation. This deposit covers consumption and incidentals. The unused amount of the deposit is refunded upon check-out.

NO-SHOW POLICY: In case of no-show or early departure, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay considered in the initial reservation. This consideration applies to all rates and seasons.

PET POLICY: The Fives Beach Hotel does not allow pets.The Fives Downtown and The Fives Oceanfront are pet-friendly.

ENVIRONMENTAL TAX: Per the current regulations in the State of Quintana Roo, all rooms are subject to a MXN$28.86 per night environmental sanitation tax.
