The Following Policy applies for Regular Room Reservation:

A one-night payment is required as an initial deposit to guarantee your room reservation. The balance due must be paid 14 days prior arrival
For bookings made 14 days prior arrival, full payment is mandatory.
If your reservation is 2 days before arrival, please contact our reservations staff (details below) to request an immediate confirmation.
From Dec 26 to Jan 01 Cancellations within 7 days, No Shows and early departures - NO REFUND
From Jan 02 to Dec 25, Cancellations within 48 hours and No Shows will incur in One (1) Night Penalty
All Cancellations out of the range rates and hours mentioned will incur $40 usd processing fee.
